Follow these instructions if you are experiencing problems with PayPal:

Go to the 'Explorer Bar' and click on 'Tools'

Select 'Internet Options'

Select the 'Privacy' tab and move the slider to the bottom.

This will enable the appropriate security settings for PayPal.
