Class Withdrawal Policy

If a class or course is canceled for which you are registered, you will receive a full refund.

Written withdrawal requests via email and/or postal mail must be received before 5:00pm, three business days prior to class start date, in order to receive a refund less a $10 processing fee. No refunds are given after either the course or class begins.

If you cannot attend a course, you are encouraged to send a substitute or transfer to another course before the three-business-day deadline to avoid paying a processing fee. If you fail to attend or send a substitute, you are liable for the full registration fee. Failure to attend classes or courses or stop payment of a check does not constitute withdrawal. A $20 fee will be charged for returned checks or stop payments.

(NOTE: A "course" is defined as a series of classes.)


Refund Method

Registrations will be refunded by check. Please allow four to six weeks to receive a refund.
